Former WRY Depot in the 1960's

Former Waterville Railway Depot and car shed pictured here during the1960's.  During this time it was being used as the headquarters for the Waterville Transfer Co., a local trucking company owned by Jim and Muriel Horton.  They started the business out the the defunct depot in 1963 and ran it until 1979.  Jim still lives there today, but his wife passed several years ago.  The shed no longer exists.  Photo courtesy of Dan Bolyard.
