Made a few signs to see how it will go. I drew up the signs in AutoCad and scaled them out at 1/87th scale and then printed them on card stock paper. I then then spray mounted that print-out to another piece of stock to give it some strength. Cut them out and then I had realistic, scale appropriate railroad signs.
